The TRX Suspension Training is very easy to practice because it doesn't require a gym! 

Let's start with a brief historical digression on the origins of the TRX: 

The TRX Suspension Training was born in the Navy Seals, soldiers used to perform most of the training session with bodyweight exercises. 

It's a training method created by Randy Hetrick, a former soldier belonging to the Navy Seals, who has discovered how (thanks to a set of straps and handles) it is possible to stay in shape and improve an athletic training in different places without a gym. 

The so-called “training in suspension” is known all over the world for the amazing results, thanks to TRX, you can train your body and do exercises everywhere. 

The TRX is a functional training, indicated for people with a great physical endurance, it is possible to do exercises utilizing your own body weight and the force of gravity. 

Thanks to TRX you can improve your strength, balance and coordination, it’s very useful also in cases of rehabilitation. 

TRX training system it consists in a hanging tool that you can adjust wherever you prefer (all you need is a door or a tree branch), is simple to use and well-marked for making quick changes between exercises. 

We must say that workouts of about one hour are very intense from a caloric point of view, so this kind workout is ideal when combined with a correct nutrition plan, also to reduce the extra fat. 

Your abs will be challenged with high-intensity exercises, as well as the lower limb with squats and lunges, you can also train your back, chest, shoulders and arms.

Let's see a specific Arm toning exercise : 

grasps the TRX, contract your abs to stabilize your body (that will be tilted) and pull hard with the biceps, the body is raised and the angle of the elbow goes to close itself; When you pull, it is important to breathe, after this step, return to the starting position.

To complete a workout program you have to do at least 3 sets of 15 repetitions alternating with 1 minute of rest, TRX is the most effective way of training your body. 

To achieve results, it is important to train few times a week, for about 50-60 minutes, in fact constancy, in your fitness routine, is always rewarded. 

The best way to train is: always start your workout with 5-10 minutes of joint mobility exercises and end the session with 5-10 minutes of stretching, in order to encourage your muscle recovery.
