Arnica Montana

It is a perennial plant of the Composite family with yellow-orange flowers and it grows in the Alps and Apennines. The Arnica Montana is a great remedy for athletes and for all those exposed to prolonged muscular efforts. It is particularly suited for posttraumatic treatments. Arnica is a powerful vasoconstrictor and speeds up the healing process, helping the reabsorption of hematomas, superficial phlebitis, lactic acid caused by trauma and inflammation. Arnica diminishes pain, makes you recover quickly and is great to prevent future injuries.

Calendula officinalis

Calendula is perennial plant from the Composite family Asteraceae and grows in temperate climate regions. The most common variety is the one with the yellow-orange double flowerhead. Calendula has been used to treat bruises since the Egyptians and has anti-viral, anti-genotoxic and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps healing bruises, skin irritations and redness caused by external agents. Thanks to its soothing and healing action, Calendula keeps the skin moist and young.

Harpagophytum procumbens
